I understand and acknowledge that I am responsible for knowing and following all Deep South Crane & Rigging, LLC (DSCR) company policies, programs, and procedures. I understand that these DSCR company policies, programs, and procedures are available to me and all employees via the DSCR workspace, and I am responsible for accessing them from that site.I am responsible for attending safety meetings or completing required safety training via the company’s online learning management system (lms.deepsouthcrane.com). It is a condition of employment that this training is completed in a timely manner (within 90 days of assignment unless the due date is extended by management).
I understand that all employees must be qualified according to DSCR policy to operate any piece of equipment and/or perform certain work activities while working for DSCR. Under no circumstance should any DSCR employee attempt to operate equipment and/or perform a task that he/she has not been qualified for. Under no circumstance should a DSCR employee assign or instruct an employee to operate equipment and/or perform a task unless they have verified that the employee has been qualified to operate the equipment and/or perform the task.
- Employees can view and download their current credentials (company badge and certifications report) from their user profile on lms.deepsouthcrane.com.
- All craft employees must carry an electronic or paper copy of their badge when working.
I understand that failure to abide by these requirements may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
